My Alliance character’s faction sheet from a week or so ago. Notice how the centaurs are neutral to me but have declared war on me. WTF, I killed one centaur that got in the way and they’re declaring war. Touchy.

Instead you cannot modify those marked as red. Only when you mark a faction to be at war you can attack.
Well no wonder diplomatic negotiations with the centaurs have soured. They’re just trying to scrape out a living like the rest of us and here I am declaring war on them.
