I’m gonna have to go and say “Great Smials” for the LOTRO picture.
For the WoW picture, i’d say in Honor Hold, on top of the Mage tower. I’ve noticed that blue owl a few times.

Warcraft is the mage tower. I had never noticed that semi-transparent bird before, but the one night while ducking a heroic, I flew up there to have a look-see.
